Ormarine Etiquette Noire is the iconic reference of the Ormarine cellar, leader of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. This cuvée comes from vines which are located on the hillsides overlooking the Etang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea, with lower yields and which give it slightly more complexity and amplitude than for the rest of the Ormarine range.
Strict selection at the plot then at the reception dock in the cellar. Night harvest to preserve freshness and aromas. Pre-fermentation cold maceration, fermentation at low temperature and storage in temperature-controlled tanks.
No ageing for this fresh wine.
