Located between the Aygues and the Ouvèze, two rivers that follow each other without ever touching, the terroir of our Cairanne is enriched by the characteristics of each of these watercourses. Creating a confluence where none existed before, this cuvée finds its freshness on the tanks of the Aygues, while the stony terraces of the Ouvèze bring power to this wine.
Vinification
Traditional in concrete vats with a fermentation that takes place at a temperature of 25° to end at 30°, vatting for four weeks.
