The "Petit" Chardonnay at 9.5% vol is a refreshing and light cuvee. The elaboration of this wine is the result of an observation: drinking "more responsibly" is a growing concern among some consumers.

Traditional alcoholic fermentation with Burgundian yeasts.

Aging
The wine is aged on fine lees for 4 to 5 months with a small percentage in wood (7.5%). Finally, after ageing, 20% of the alcohol is removed using a technique that is very respectful to the wine, preserving its aromatic potential.
