Vinification
Selected from 25-80 year old land parcels depending on grapes.
Carbonic maceration, matured for 11 months in oak casks used for 1, 2 & 3 wines.
Adding lees in barrels and coal.
Barrels selected from 6 coopers from Bordeaux and Burgundy.
Soil
Sloping soil composed of hard Jurassic limestone (power of the wines), black shales and gray shales (fineness and minerality of the wines). Very windy and sunny.

40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Carignan
Aging
Carefully aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
