Nestling at the confluence of two valleys, Pernand-Vergelesses lies on the Côte de Beaune, sheltered by the "Montagne de Corton". The Chardonnay vines grow high up on the slopes, on marl soils.
Grapes from Domaine Champy’s “Les Quartiers”, “Les Pins”, “La Morand” and “Derrière Frétille”.
Traditional vinification, natural yeasts.
Aged in old barrels for 12 months.
