LAROCHE
Pinot Noir Pays d'Oc
Laroche also owns Mas La Chevalière in the Languedoc and produces Burgundian varietals, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, that are spreading their signature all over the world. One of the keys to the success is the site's efficiency in terms of technical processes (innovative gravity and cooling system), energy management (Since 2019, the site has become self-sufficient in energy during the summertime), and natural resource management (water savings in particular). This site is a pioneer in innovative research and development projects and was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the Trophies of Energy Performance in the Food Industry in 2021.
