Situated in the Bay of Paulilles between Collioure and Banyuls, Les Clos de Paulilles is an emblematic estate whose wines are recognised the world over for their quality. It extends over 90 hectares of schist valleys and terraces facing the Mediterranean Sea, 72 hectares of which are planted with vines.
Vinification
Fermentation is carried out in vertical ovoid concrete tanks.

Brown schist terraces.
Grape variety
Grenache Noir et Syrah.
Aging
Aged in concrete egg-shaped tanks and demi muids on the lees for 8 months. Bottled during the spring and stored in climate-controlled cellar.
