A historic benchmark thanks to our natural sweet wines, matured over the years in our century-old cellars, and present on the world's greatest Michelin-starred tables. Maison Cazes also produces great wines from a number of exceptional terroirs in the Roussillon region, including the famous Les Clos de Paulilles estate, a superb 90-hectare property in the Collioure and Banyuls appellations. More recently, Les Clos de Paulilles has been certified as an Organic Farm. Maison Cazes is also a benchmark for its warm welcome, with two restaurants in Rivesaltes, in the heart of the Agly valley, and in Paulilles, "les pieds dans l'eau", as well as prestigious guest rooms and shops where you can discover its great wines in a friendly and educational way.
