This wine is made from a blend of Mediterranean grapes grown on a pebbly terroir. A well-balanced wine with fine tannins and aromas of red fruit with a hint of liquorice.
Vinification
The harvest is completely de-stemmed before vatting. Alcoholic fermentation at 28°C with extraction and pumping over several times per day. Maceration for 4 weeks.
